Using a hotel flannel would be a bit like sharing a toothbrush with a stranger, sort of. I use disposable cleansing/exfoliating wipes, and lotions on cotton wool, not environmentally friendly but never smelling of mildew.<BR/>You could use the corner of a towel instead.
